This course will review very specific issues relating to insurance for building, personal property and property of others.  There have been a number of changes to the standard ISO Commercial Property Coverage Form that requires a number of changes in coverage approach.  Many insurers have included a number of special endorsements that can either create coverage or remove it that the agent / broker needs to know when marketing the account to a number of companies for renewal.  This course is appropriate for sales and service staff.
