This course will provide information regarding the development of product liability laws and their impact on customers and their insurance.  One of the areas of confusion is, which policy responds in the event the insured is sued for causing bodily injury and property damage to others as result of their product.  This question can arise in the event of claim that has occurred over time, as well as when the insured is selling or closing their business.  These issues will be discussed in the course as well as the solutions available to offer to the customer.  This course is appropriate for sales and service staff.
