Lessons Learned From E&O Claims

This course uses real Errors & Omissions claims to provide coverage lessons.  The examples used will range from Personal Auto and Homeowner’s to Commercial Property and Commercial General Liability.  After each claim example, the students will be asked what they think went wrong and how they would correct the situation.  The moderator will then provide solutions or suggestions that would have avoided the E & O claim.  It is not likely that all E & O claims can be avoided, but the objective of this course is to encourage reduction of claims to the betterment of their customer.  This course is appropriate for sales and service staff.
