The intent of this class is to provide the basics of trademarks, patents and copyrights.  This exposure has been gradually removed from the standard Commercial General Liability policies, beginning in 1996 and changes have been made to the policyholder’s coverage with every edition since.  This course will alert the attendees to these changes.  This course will familiarize the participants with the exposures and new insurance products to protect those issues.  Insurance companies are newly entering the market place with insurance products designed for these specialty areas.  This course is appropriate for sales and service staff.
