The purpose of this course is to explore the special needs of an affluent client and focuses attention on valuation of the home for the limit of insurance, special valuation clauses in the homeowner’s policy and necessary policy language or endorsements.  Included in the discussion will be a review of the Personal Articles floater and the difference a London floater will provide as well as various insurance company policies that are available in the market.  This course is appropriate for sales and service staff.
